If you see a product you like on eJohri, you can book an appointment with the jeweller to visit their store and view your selection in-person and purchase it directly from the store.
When the customer placed an order on eJOHRI, it may take up to 2 working days to confirm the order, which will be informed by SMS and email.
After an order is confirmed, it is usually delivered to your doorstep within 14 days.
At eJohri, we provide insurance coverage on every single order you make from our online store for 1 year, against any loss or damage by fire, theft, malicious damage, riot & strike, burglary, external, or visible means and accident. Through covering the damage and the risk, eJohri also ensure that the customer should be relaxed and will positively keep belief while placing an order at eJohri.
• eJOHRI offers a No Questions Asked 7 (seven) days return policy to every customer for every product sold through the Platform.
• For all returns made by any Customer within such 7 (seven) days, eJOHRI will directly refund to the Customer, his/her entire money so paid for the Product.
• To return the product, the customer must inform eJOHRI within 7 days of delivery and eJohri will arrange for the pickup, or the customer may return it to the seller directly.
• If the product has been tampered with or used, the return policy will not be applicable.
• The seller must confirm the receipt of the product to process a refund to the customer. The refund will be processed within 3 working days.
• 2% will be charged by eJOHRI as processing charges.
• Once the returned goods are received by the seller, and they confirm that it has not been tampered with or used, the amount will be refunded to the customer.
